Seasonal sniffles have you down? Let the pixies pick you up! Eucalyptus and lavender help clear your sinuses while licorice root and elderberries keep this tea from tasting too medicinal. After sipping on so many “cold remedy” teas, Snowshoe was determined to create a blend that not only helped with respiratory issues but also tasted good. Always follow your doctor’s instructions, but allow your plant friends to help you heal as well.

1 to 3 tsp for 10 ounces of boiling water. 

A 10g bag will yield 2 to 5 mugs of tea.
