Tabitha

Tabby’s journey is woven from both earth and spirit. Born in Wilmington and raised among the mountains just outside of Boone, they eventually returned to the coast, where ocean tides and shifting sands mirror the flow of divination. A third-generation witch and bone thrower, Tabby carries forward ancestral practices while shaping their own path. With a background in psychology and a newly earned IT degree, they bring both keen insight and grounded clarity to their readings at Madame Meerkats.

Craft and spirit are central to Tabby’s work. They hand-make the bone-throwing kits offered in the shop and have a special devotion to vessels and dolls as spirit guides—objects that hold stories, soul, and power. Outside the shop, Tabby continues their lifelong love of the earth, having once rockhounded in the mountains and now fossil-hunting along the Carolina coast (pieces that are included in our bone kits!). Recently gifted the ringtail cat as a spirit animal, Tabby moves with curiosity, subtlety, and quiet strength, always seeking the hidden threads between the physical and the unseen.
