Liminal Dreams, Herbal Tea Blend

Having trouble sleeping? Liminal Dreams takes typical sleepy-time tea to the next level with valerian root and passionflower for maximum relaxation, and mugwort to enhance your dreams. If you are prone to vivid dreams, this tea will amp them up. The herbs in this blend do affect each body differently.  Some people simply experience a lovely rest, while others will have lucid dreams or waking visions.  Individual results will vary.   

Ingredients: Chamomile, Passionflower, Valerian Root, Mugwort, Star Anise No Caffeine.

2 to 3 tsp for 10 ounces of boiling water. 

A 10g bag will yield 2 to 5 mugs of tea.
